Clothing: Always wears dark colored clothing, unless for special occasion when he slicks his hair back and wears a tux or regular nice pants, white tee, and a button up.
Personality: He is kind and loyal to his friends, but always stays away from groups and crowds.
Bio: He was born just like any other pokemon, but was taken from his parents at a very young age by the rockets. From there they traned him, forced him to evolve, and tortured him into doing thir bidding untill he escaped using what he learned from the rockets.
